We offer a 30 DAY REPLACEMENT warranty for faulty products and 14 DAY REFUND no question asked.
In order to return an item for replacement or refund, you must obtain a RMA (Return Material Approval) number.
In order to obtain a RMA number you need to login to your account and choose the "Return an Item" tab. You can either choose the replacement option or the refund option .
If you don't find one or both of these icons its either because the time for refund (14 days) or the time for replacement (30 days) elapsed.
Items in open box or with broken factory seal cannot be refund even within the 14 days. If the item is faulty we will ship you a replacement item (same type and same model) with no extra charge.
If you request for refund or replacement YOU MUST INCLUDE THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING, ANY ACCESSORIES THAT COMES WITH IT, AND RMA NUMBER. Any return without these will not be processed.
A refund will be given for the full price of the item minus 15% restocking fee. There will be no refund for shipping and handling fees.
Please note, our return policy does not apply to goods which have been used.
